I’ve built a custom search engine using Google Co-op to help boaters find information about boats, canals and the inland waterways. It searches 260+ websites.
It’s an experiment and I’d like it if a few of the boat owners out there would take a look at it and give me some feedback on whether it’s better than just searching normal Google.
On the plus side it excludes non-boating, irrelevant sites. On the minus side it won’t find info on obscure but possibly interesting sites.http://www.boatr.org.uk
