Paddle Boating In Northern Virginia For Kids ?

I would like to take my 2 year old for boating in VA. can any1 suggest a nice place where i can take him paddle boating.

Well here are two places below the first is actually in DC, but the Tidal Basin paddle boats are right next door to northern Virginia. The second site is Jellystone Park in Luray, VA.
